These are the ideals and values on which senior owner Georg Nolte bases his leadership of the company.

His grandfather, who was also called Georg and laid the cornerstone for the furniture dynasty in 1932, has instilled this attitude in him.

Grandfather Georg Nolte has three sons. Konrad, the eldest, founds a furniture

production in Germersheim in 1955. Only three years later he establishes Nolte Küchen in Löhne, located in the region of East Westphalia. What starts out with 70 employees at the time develops into Germany’s second largest kitchen brand with around 1,100 members of staff. Despite its size the company is still family-owned to the present day.
