Headquartered in Karachi, TF Group (TFG) is a mid-size business group with focus on innovation and delivery of electronic payment solutions and managed services for the banking and telecom sector.



Operating since 1993, TFG is a pioneer in the electronic payment space and helped Citibank launch the first payment card in Pakistan. Since then, TFG has engaged with various issuing and acquiring banks in the country for helping such banks in their cards issuing and merchant acquiring businesses. TFG is the largest provider for POS merchant acquiring solutions and managed services in the country with nearly 85% POS touchpoints in the country deployed and supported by the group. In addition to that, TFG services issuing and acquiring requirements for non-financial issuers such as oil marketing companies and airlines.



TFG is now also one of the largest ecommerce acquiring services provider in the country offering full range of services from ecommerce acquiring processing services to internet payment gateway and recurring payments.



In 2004, the group entered into a Joint Venture with Epay Malaysia to form the largest mobile electronic vouchers aggregation company in the country that currently services all mobile network operators and several commercial banks.



To better organize its innovation effort, the group has recently established a formal incubation hub with associated angel investment fund for IP and venture development in the electronic payments and internet properties space.
