Ashtex Solutions came into being in 2012. During our very first year, we launched our first customized landlord system for Australian market which became a success story in offshore market. We also participated in customization of Codeigniter and produced a custom framework named as “RocketSled”. In 2013, we transformed to medium level startup and successfully registered our company’s name. During this year we also signed off a retainer contract with one of the major beverages brand in region – Pepsi Co. We acquired contracts for 7Up, Mountain Dew and Lay’s. We penetrated into several big markets like Europe, USA as well. Then 2014 came off with exponential increase in our growth. We upgraded ourselves from a start up to a procedural layout with a lot of focus on formalization of processes. We formulated team based structure and implemented basic yet core processes to increase our efficiency. 2015 was one of the most fast paced years in terms of Business, Sales and Human Resource development. Out of the many benchmarks achieved, entering the competition of global social media application market was one of the highlights and in 2016 we acquired many projects from European market and provided our clients with the best quality solutions which built our strong long-term relationships with some of the clients and got a good repute among our clients.
Now in 2017, we have shifted our approach from old Water-fall model to Agile methodology which includes scrum meetings with clients on daily basis, reporting them about the progress on the project.
