Café Zouk continues to bring in Chefs from abroad as part of a business plan to train and re-train the local expertise and conduct research and development activities. After a careful selection process, for the Thai cuisine Chefs have come from Bangkok. Thai raw material and ingredients are imported and every care is taken to make sure that the authentic taste of Thailand is ensured for the valuable customers.



For the Continental menu, raw material is imported from Europe and research and development work with our European Chef Associates and Institutes is continuously done to introduce the very best of the continental cuisine.



Presentation of the food items is another area where aesthetics are kept foremost to make the food items appealing to the palette.



Training and motivation of the staff, whether it is the front of the restaurant, or back, is rigorous and continuing, ensuring the best in terms of hygiene, politeness and the best of service standards.
