Waqar Shaffi (WS) is a multinational group of Companies which operates in diversified range of products containing Polyurethane Foam, Spring Mattresses, Motor Bikes, Bi-cycles, Auto Parts, Packing & Insulation Material and Café restaurants. Founded in 1974, and headquartered in Pakistan, WS and family, employed hundreds of people in Pakistan, UAE & Egypt.



Mian Shaffi & Mr. Ejaz Shaffi, invested in a bicycle tyre / tube factory and set up bicycle tyre / tube manufacturing unit in Karachi. Waqar Shaffi joined family business in 1972 and shifted to Rawalpindi to handle the distribution of bicycle tyres & tubes sales in that district.



In 2004-2010, Mr. Waqar Shaffi took a whole new turn and established Eagle Motorbikes unit in Mirpur Azad Kashmir. The project was supervised by his son Mr. Yousuf Waqar - CEO of WS Group.
