INFAQ Foundation (formerly BCCI Foundation) was established in 1981 and registered as an Association of No-Profit under the Companies Ordinance 1913. Subsequently, the name of the Foundation was changed to INFAQ Foundation on 25th September, 1994 under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984.
