Our heritage as custom Tailors goes back 65 years and three generations. It was the year 1949 which saw start of Shafiq Sons Tailors by Late Shafiq Ahmed who stitched suites himself and soon build a shop at Lawrence Road Lahore. It was the time when Pakistan traditional dresses were facing tough competition from western dresses; Shafiq Sons were the major contributor in western dresses and soon became one of the pioneer’s especially in suites in Pakistan.

Muhammad Iqbal a young entrepreneur, inspired by his father Late Shafiq Ahmed decided to promote his family business. He expanded the business and made two shop extensions. Iqbal further took decision to move into varied western Style considering the market demand making pants, shirts, shalwar Kameez, trousers and suits which got tremendous response from all over Pakistan. They got global recognition.

There is nothing quite like the feel of a Shafiq Sons custom made suit. Our suits are manufactured on Japanese plant in our own workshops. Our garments are created with a keen eye on fashion, always keeping the design fashionable yet pooling into the experience of our rich heritage.



As time passed, Shafiq Sons has traveled a long way, now Faisal Iqbal Grand Son carries the Legacy who has brought a whole new superior wide range of suites of international standards which includes Business Class, Formal, Semi Formal and Tuxedoes. Recently Faisal has developed the strong customer database to facilitate clients and turning the whole shop system into automation.
