TPL Properties Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company on February 14, 2007 under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The principal activities of this real estate development company are to invest, purchase, develop, sell, lease or dispose off real estate assets primarily in the commercial and residential asset classes. The registered office of the company is situated at Centrepoint building, off Shaheed-e-Millat Expressway near KPT Interchange, Karachi.
TPL Properties Limited successfully completed its initial public offering conducted through a Book Building process in June 2016. The company is the real estate development arm of TPL Corp Ltd.
